Given the success of past editions, we can say that the Autumn Flavors Weekends in Valsassina is becoming a traditional event.

The event involves all the restaurateurs of Valsassina, offering a menu dedicated to the festival itself and the related events. The festival will last until the last weekend of November, so the menu will be available until that date.

Below is our Menu proposal:

Autumn Starter

A start that celebrates the traditional flavors of autumn with marinated ribs, polenta enriched with cotechino sausage and lentils, and the classic taroz. A mix of rustic tastes that opens the meal with authenticity and warmth.

Main Courses

Let yourself be embraced by the scents and flavors of the region: patole, typical ravioli from Esino Lario, and chestnut flour tagliatelle served with a creamy taleggio and mushroom fondue, bringing a seasonal note to every bite.

Second Courses and Cheeses
